Chander Valley
Known as the Moon Lake too, this is one which is at a height of 4300 metres and is also the origin of the Chandra River. The lake is about kilometres from Kunzum Pass and a popular place among devotees. This is because this is said to be the same place from where Lord Indra had picked up Yudhishthira, the eldest of the Pandavas to take him on a journey to heaven. The picturesque sceneries and beauty of this place is mind blowing. The waters of this lake are deep blue and is surrounded by lush green grass. What is even better is that the waters are extremely clean unlike other general lakes that we see.


Hadimba Temple
The magnificent temple holds monumental importance to Hindu pilgrims as it is a part of the Hindu epic Mahabharata. But even apart from that, the Hadimba temple is no less of a wonder to nature lovers. Packed away into the laps of nature, this temple offers a quiet getaway to nature and peace lovers. Being quite a quaint story in itself, the Hadimba temple is slowly but steadily attracting tourists from all over the country to its doors where history and heritage meet natural beauty.
Mecleodganj
Mcleodganj is a hill station near Dharamshala, popular among trekkers. Its culture is a beautiful blend of Tibetan with some British influence. Mcleodganj has one of the most mesmerising landscapes in the entire state of Himachal Pradesh and attracts a lot of tourists throughout the year. The towns of Dharamsala, Mcleodganj, Bhagsu Nag and Kangra are situated very close to each other and tourists must cover all these destinations while travelling here.


Narayan Devta Temple
The historical Temple of Devta Narayan,situated in Village Narain or Narayan puri, renovated recently is another main religious place to visit. This temple is a master piece of craftsmanship of Pahari Kath style of construction. Nearby is the temple of lord shiva situated at Devranal Narain 10 km from Tikkar. The place is related to the PANDAV’S as it is believed that they stayed here during the days of their Vanvas.
Nehru kund Manali
Nehru Kund is a natural spring, which is located on the Leh-Manali highway and is 5 km from Manali city. The kund was named after Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru (first Prime Minister of India) as he used to drink water from this spring when he stayed in Manali. It is believed that the spring originates from the Bhrigu Lake located at an elevation of around 4,300 meters in Himachal Pradesh‘s Kullu district. The place famous among tourists, photographers and nature lovers. The lush greenery of the valley and the pristine water offer a breath-taking scenery. Nehru Kund is a perfect place to unwind and relax.
